The Root Chakra feels like hell, and of course, it is the lowest chakra.
I hardly every feel
anything at all in this chakra, but it has an unvaried feeling, when it does activate briefly. Maybe I was meant to
write about these things, because I too need help from other people.
It feels like energy cutting
through bone, the tail bone at the base of my spine.
It is always paintful, always unpleasant.
A different type of pain from the third chakra.
I never have a wonderfully thrilling feeling of this
energy bursting forth, and travelling up my spine, though I have most of my feelings in the crown, the third eye, and the
heart.
The painfulness in this bone, and it is a weird feeling - because bone does not usually have
feeling? - make me want to drink some wine, and eat a lot of food, or anything to shut down my spiritual energies, until the
pain stops.
I wonder if happily married people who are spiritually ascendant pull this lower energy
up towards their hearts, connecting the lower and the higher worlds.
